Dear Yuletide Author,

First off, thank you so much for writing for me. I'm sure whatever you craft will be absolutely wonderful.

As for general things in fic, I tend to really lean towards loving angst and darkfic. Things like characters descending into madness and other things along those lines. I don't always go for super fluffy, but if fluffy works, go for it.

Downtown Abbey - Thomas Barrow, Sarah O'Brien
These two are always shown on the show to be plotting, crafting, and being generally unlikeable characters, but I love them quite a bit. What I really love between them is their almost mother/son relationship that's tinged with evil. I would love to see some form of background on how the two of them actually banded together and started their friendship while working at Downton.

Another general idea for them is just a regular bit of their friendship without the plotting and conniving. Just them being friends, making jokes, looking out for each other. I would like to hope they have that in some level of their friendship.

Game of Thrones - Jaime Lannister
I think seeing what Jaime was like between the time he attacked Eddard and went to the Lannister camp and being captured after Whispering Wood would be something awesome to explore because we really don't even know what's going on with him in the book. What exactly were his thoughts and feelings during this time? He wants Tyrion freed and nothing more than to be with Cersei, but I think maybe that can be fleshed out a bit more. Really, I'm good with anything related to Jaime.

Arthurian Mythology - Gawain, Gaheris
Poor Gaheris is not always given the credit or the story, so I would love to see a bit of him being jealous of Gawain and being particularly dark Angsty Gaheris or something. I don't really have many constraints for this one, I'd pretty much enjoy anything a bit dark with him.

Boy Meets World - Eric Matthews
In the show, he goes from the cool brother in one season and the freaking insane brother the next. What cracked him? He wasn't the smartest cookie, but they just completely made him an idiot later on. For some reason he went from level-headed with the occasional ridiculous idea to flat out crazy, and maybe picking at what happened causing that could be interesting. Or just a humorous day in the life of Eric.

I hope these don't sound terrible, and if they do, honestly just write what you feel is fitting. I don't want to constrain you.
